Answer: To keep your leather bag looking its best, we recommend regularly conditioning it with a leather conditioner every few months. Avoid exposing your bag to water or direct sunlight, as this can damage the leather. If your bag does get wet, gently dry it off with a soft cloth and let it air dry in a cool, dry place.

Answer: Currently we don’t offer this service.

Answer: We process orders within 1-2 business days and ship them via one of our delivery partners. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3-5 business days. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Answer: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your bag, you can return it within 48 hours after delivery  for a full refund. Please note that the bag must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@caluary.com. Answer: We are super diligent about our quality checks. In a rare case if you receive a faulty/defective or have any issues with the product, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include your order number and clear images of the defect/issue in the email.
